Pharmalab is an ISO 9001 certified company following Quality Management Systems (QMS) to meet the expectation and need of our customer. The company is certified with the latest ISO 9001:2015 for QMS and ISO 13485:2016 for Healthcare products & services. Pharmalab is accredited with various other certifications such as authorized to manufacture products with āUā stamp following ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) code, āRā stamp for repair and/or alteration of pressure-retaining products, CE certified products following European standardsas per PED 2014/68/EU. Pharmalab manufacture Pure steam generator, certified as per IBR regulations. Pharmalab maintains the highest industry standards set by international institutions such as USFDA, UKMHRA, WHO and other similar institutions.
All the certifications are issued by various international notified body such as BVIS, SGS, ASME and others. These certifications even indicate the commitment and vision of our management towards quality and customer satisfaction. To maintain all the above certification, we follow the guidelines and exercise below-mentioned activities rigorously.
- Impart training to employeesfor understanding the Standards, which will help them to implement the same in day to day activity.
- Internal audits areconducted by trained Internal Auditors to verify the implementation of the different standard at the premises.
- Different notified bodies conduct external audits at periodic intervals.
- Organizing periodic Management Review Meeting, wherein the performance data of different departments are reviewed based on defined Quality objectives.
- Based on performance data analysis, thenew quality objectives are defined with new measuring criteria. This analysis helpsin improving organization performance.
- Updating the QMS standards based on the revision of guideline and Implement the same at our premises.
- We have aclearly defined quality manual, work instructions, reference documents, and qualityrecords, which is followed and maintained by all employees of the organization.
To comply with customer requirement and quality of the products, we have established appropriate infrastructure and aligned the resources accordingly. We have a well-trained QA/QC staff, modern instruments, well-defined documents to employ and maintain the quality requirement at all stages of the manufacturing process to build a world-class product. To keep and further improve the quality standards, we undertake several precautionary measures such as
- Quality checks at different stages including Inward, In-process and Final Stages with defined Work Instructions, Quality records etc.
- Define Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and Procedure Qualification Records (PQR) with respect to the International standard (ASME). This practice helps us achieving good welding quality of our products.
- Qualify the welder before welding at our premises and monitor the same at regular interval.
- Conduct different Non-Destructive Testing (Radiography, Boroscopy and Liquid Penetrant Test) for additional Quality Confirmation of Welding.
- Calibration of measuring instruments at defined Intervals at NABL approved laboratory.
- Raw Material Testing as per International standard (ASME / PED) at NABL approved laboratory.
- Third-Party Inspections at different stages for IBR, ASME and PED equipment.
- Full Capacity trials with all required utilities at our premises before dispatch.
I believe that all the above efforts of our quality policy will help us fulfil our customer requirements in addition to all the national and international regulatory requirements.
