Successfully completed manufacturing of U – STAMP PSG
Pharmalab successfully completed the production of the first Pure Steam Generator (PSG) with a ‘U’ stamp complying with the ASME Standard. Having achieved this milestone, Pharmalab is now ready to fulfil the ‘U’ stamp related requirements of customers across the globe.

Breakthrough in WFI output production
Achieving the production of a higher output of WFI by using high-pressure plant steam is always challenging and critical. Pharmalab announces a break through in achieving the highest output – 8650 LPh of WFI@7 bar pressure and 9584 LPH of WFI output@8 bar pressure –with our 5000 LPH capacity WFI generation system. It is believed to be the highest of outputs achieved using this system across the Indian market.
Facility Upgradation
In view of providing better customer experience during FAT(Factory Acceptance Test), Pharmalab has added the Reverse Osmosis (RO) plant with a closed loop system to provide improved quality of utility and replicate the actual Pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. Additionally, to meet current and future demand, Pharmalab has also increased its boiler capacity for steam generation necessitated during the trials and FAT.
R – STAMP
The National Board offers the Certificate of Authorization and the ‘R’ symbol stamp for the repair and/or alteration of boilers, pressure vessels, and other pressure-retaining items.
Pharmalab has attained the ‘R’ stamp certificate issued by the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors.
U – STAMP
ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) is the leading international developer of codes and standards associated with the science and practice of Mechanical Engineering. ASME standards are accepted for use in more than 100 countries around the world. The organisation certifies manufactures with a ‘U’ stamp upon complying with its code. Pharmalab is authorized to manufacture products with the ‘U’ stamp in accordance with following the ASME code.
IBR CERTIFICATION
Pharmalab now offers IBR (Indian Boiler Regulations) certified PSGs, compliant to the IBR regulation.
