Combo sterilizers are getting popular in the pharmaceutical industry. The sterilizer offers different types of sterilization (Steam sterilization, Steam-Air mix, Super-heated water spray sterilization) in a single unit. The equipment offers the capability to handle multi-purpose applications within the same equipment. On similar lines, Pharmalab has successfully completed FAT of Combo Sterilizer for one of our esteemed customers in India. In addition to performing multiple sterilizations, the unit is equipped with a rotating carriage arrangement, enabling a customer to handle sterilization of emulsion effectively.

Virtual FAT is a new normal during the pandemic. Pharmalab has successfully completed the virtual FAT of Super-heated Water Spray Sterilizer for one of the valued customers from the UAE. The sterilizer will be used for the terminal sterilization of 7000 bottles in a lot.

Pharmalab has successfully completed the commissioning of the two largest Super-Heated Water Spray Sterilize at a customer site in Africa. The mammoth size sterilizers were commissioned with a fully integrated loading unloading system. This enabled the user to handle sterilization of large volume load effortlessly.

Pharmalab has recently bagged a Smart-Still project from one of the esteemed customers from Australia. Smart-Still, a combo unit of Pure Steam generator & WFI generation system, facilitates simultaneous as well as independent production of Pure steam and WFI. The Smart-still designed for the project will deliver an output of 1000 LPH WFI and 300 Kg/Hr of Pure Steam. The equipment will comply with the most stringent Australian safety standard – with special certification of AS4343 along with compliance to the 21CFR Part11 requirement
