The PuraSter™ – 160 is designed with a compact form factor and can handle a substantial load making it a practical choice for small, medium and large medical settings.

The door operation is hinged type with an auto-locking mechanism. The PuraSter™ has an inbuilt vacuum pump and steam generator of 18 kW. The inbuilt air compressor is used for the operation of the pneumatic valve. The PuraSter™ is a standalone system that consumes less energy and has minimal maintenance requirements. These factors make it a cost-effective sterilization solution for healthcare facilities.

The advanced technology for the sterilization process includes steam and high-pressure cycles.
6 Standard Cycles i.e., Vacuum Leak test, B&D cycle, G&C cycle, Gravity cycle, HPHV – 121°C and 134 °C can be performed in the PuraSter™. Its efficient layout ensures maximum functionality without compromising floor space.

The Pharmalab-developed user interface (UI) allows easy operation and monitoring. Users can select from various pre-set sterilization cycles or customize their own to meet specific needs. The efficiently embedded alarms and interlocks reduce the need for constant supervision and monitoring.
