THE ALPHA PORT FLUSHFLOOR
In line with our alliance with castus®, world’s leading manufacturer of Rapid Transfer Port Systems (RTP) for contamination-free loading and unloading of components in and out of the isolator, we present to you the ALPHA PORT FLUSHFLOOR.
The alpha Port Flushfloor is a unique type of alpha Port exemplifying the level of ergonomics that castus® offers. Thanks to the flush mounting with no protruding edges, glass breakage can be easily removed. This facilitates easy cleaning of the isolator. Advantages of Flushfloor

The Leakage PRO
The castus® Leakage PRO is a further development of the Leak Test Unit (LTU). The new Leakage PRO is newly designed with the goal of finding a flexible, mobile equipment that is 21 CFR Part 11 compliant, and can cover the requirements of all customers.
With the Leakage PRO it will be possible for every customer to test beta containers at site easily.
The complete equipment consists of two parts: 1. Leakage PRO Software
The Leakage PRO Software is an enhanced version of the Leak Testing Unit software with additional facilities for user login and administration, defined user access level, automatic start assignment using specific serial numbers, customizable reports creation and storage.
It is also fully audit trail equipped with error messages listing.
2. Leakage PRO Hardware
The Leakage PRO Hardware includes:
- Leakage PRO Station - The Leakage PRO Station includes all necessary hardware which is needed for the testing of beta Containers and alpha Ports
- External connections – Tri clamp & Leakage PRO Remote Disc
