Pharmalab manufactures
26 standard sizes of steam sterilizers ranging from
6 ft3 to 128 ft3. Apart from the standard models
Pharmalab is capable of manufacturing
Customized Autoclaves
which can satisfy any particular requirement of the customer.
Some of the special features of Pharmalab Sterilizer are as follows
Sterilizers
are designed as per the ASME standards.
Chamber
is made from AISI 316 L and Jacket from
AISI 316.
Sterilizers
are supplied with full jackets which are
dimple welded to the chamber.
Guaranteed
temperature distribution within +/- 0.5°
C.
All
the interconnecting pipe lines are from
AISI SS 316.
The
entire frame work is built in SS 304.
A
flush mounted SS panel is provided on
the sterile side to isolate it from the
non sterile side.
Door
interlocking system is provided to prevent
both the doors from opening simultaneously.
A
0.01 micron sterile air filter for vacuum
break, is installed on the sterile side.
Steam
entering into the chamber is distributed
uniformly by the baffles located on both
the sides.
A
single steam supply to the jacket and
chamber ensures that jacket is not hotter
then the chamber.
PLC
based control system ensures precise
control of process parameters. PID loop
incorporated in the PLC ensures no over-shooting
of temperature during sterilization
hold period. RS.232 port enables the
printing of process parameters on a
printer.
Sterilizers
are enclosed with access doors and removable
panels built in SS 304 having 180 grit
mirror finish (optional).
