Dry Heat Sterilizers

Pharmalab's Dry Heat Sterilizer provides an ideal solution for sterilization of empty Ampoules, Vials, bottles etc. These sterilizers are electrically heated and fitted with powerful fans which circulate controlled temperature air to all parts of the load ensuring that the minimum temperature gradients are achieved. An independent blower fan is employed to supply clean air to the work chamber to acts as an aid to drying during the heating phase and then to act as a pressuring fan during the sterilizing phase so that "Non-Sterile" air cannot be drawn into the work chamber and finally to accelerate the cooling phase after sterilization.

"Conventional" models are fitted with HEPA Filter only in inlet while CLASS 100 models are offered with FULL HEPA FILTERS in side walls. On these models the internal air is continually recirculated through filters to collect any particles introduced during loading or shed from the sterilizer itself. The filters are situated in the side wall with air being circulated in a horizontal laminar flow pattern.

Some of the special features of Pharmalab's DRY HEAT STERILIZER are as follows

Chamber is made from AISI SS 304/316.

The entire sterilizer is built in SS 304.

Guaranteed Temperature distribution within +/- 5° C.

Pneumatically actuated valves are provided at the inlet and outlet ventilation ducts.

The heaters are placed in such way that each heater will be easily accessible individually. All terminals of heaters are outside the sterilizer making it 100% safe and free from black terminals.

The steriliser is provided with two heater banks (main and booster) Booster banks goes off immediately as soon as temperature is attained. Thus saving lot of electrical energy.

Heater and blower are provided with interlock. Unless blower starts , heater will not start.

Door interlocking system is provided to prevent both the doors from opening simultaneously

PLC based control system ensures precise control of process parameters.

RS 232 port provided enables the printing of process parameters on a printer.
