Sterile Grade Filtration - Liquid Injectables

Pharmalab offers a complete filtration system for sterile grade injectables. This system consists of :

  • Pressure Regulator

  • Pressure Vessel

  • Membrane Filter Holder

  • Sterile Filling Vessel

The liquid to be filtered, stored in the Pressure Vessel is transferred to the Membrane Filter Holder by Nitrogen, under Pressure Regulation. The filtered liquid is collected in the sterile filling vessel for subsequent filling into Vials/Ampoules.

While the vessels are available in different capacities from 20 - 200 ltrs as a standard, higher capacity vessels can also be offered.

The Membrane Filter holder in sizes 90, 142 & 293 mm dia are available with or without in-built bubble testing facility.

All the equipment are fabricated in SS 316 materials whereas the sealing Gaskets are made of silicon.

Features of Plate and Frame Filter Press

Robust construction in SS 304 & SS 316
No. of plates and frames can be increased/decreased based on area required,
Easy maintenance
Filter Press is subjected to hydrotest upto 7 Kgs/cm2 which will ensure leak proof working.
Each plate is fabricated from SS rod and sheet and complete welding process is done on precision jigs subsequently machined.
Diaphragm type, chemically sealed, SS 316 pressure guage
Can be provided with Hydraulic closing device or hand operated Gear drive.
By pass Plate/Blockage Plate can be provided for stage filtration or operating at reduced capacity.
